I got my order from Roots & Harvest and putting it together was simple overall. The instructions were clear enough, but I did have to read one part couple times to get the pieces lined up right. Took me around 30-40 minutes doing it by myself. Everything fit like it should and it feels sturdy now. I do wish the diagrams were bit bigger, but other than that I’m happy with it...

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering from Roots & Harvest: the blade came way sharper than I expected right out of the box, so definitely handle it carefully. It sliced through meat with no problem at all. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, which is why I’d give it 4 stars, but the blade itself definitely does the job.

I waited a while for my order, so it was frustrating to open it up and realize two of the items were wrong. I was really hoping everything would be right after the wait, but now I have to deal with getting it fixed

I thought the product info on rootsandharvest.com was mostly spot on. The item I received matched the size and description, and the photos gave me a good idea of what to expect. I do think one part of the specs could’ve been explained a little more clearly, and other customers might appreciate that detail being easier to find. Still, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from the site again.

I ordered a few things from Roots & Harvest, they’ve been dependable so far. The parts feel sturdy, everything fits and works like it should, and I haven’t had any weird issues after using them a few times.
The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the shipping being a little slower than I expected. I was kind of annoyed at first, but really, it wasn’t a big deal once everything showed up in good shape.

Overall, I’d order from them again. The gear seems reliable, does what it’s supposed to do, and the small delay wouldn’t stop me from buying from them another time.

They did get back to me eventually and helped me out, so that was good. It just took longer than I thought it would. Not terrible or anything, just kind of okay...

I got tired of cleaning this quickly. For me, it just needs more upkeep than I feel like putting in, and that kind of takes away from the whole experience.

I expected a lot more for the price. It’s not terrible, but it really didn’t feel much better than cheaper stuff I’ve bought before, which made the whole thing kind of disappointing. Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap either, so by the time it arrived, it just didn’t feel worth it. Weirdly, I remember the box had this tiny dent in one corner even though the product was fine, and for some reason that stuck with me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The instructions was easy to follow and I got everything set up without too much trouble. There was a couple parts that could’ve used a bit more detail, but overall it made sense and worked fine for me.

I checked a few other places before buying, and the prices beats most of what I saw. Felt like a decent deal overall.

I was looking for a few specific parts and did manage to find some of what I needed, which was nice. But as I kept searching, I realized the selection was a bit limited and they didn’t have everything on my list. It worked out partially, just not as much as I’d hoped.

i was disappointed with the whole thing. the ordering process felt more frustrating than it needed to be, and once everything was done, it just didn’t feel worth what i paid. i don’t think i’ll be using this site again

The package showed up crushed, which was a little disappointing. Thankfully, the item itself still worked fine. I do wish the instructions had been a bit clearer though, since I had to figure some things out on my own

I got my order from Roots and Harvest and overall it works well. It’s definitely louder than I expected (not crazy loud, but noticeable), so I probably wouldn’t use it late at night. That said, it does the job and I’m still happy with it.

I used it for a bit, but the temperature never seemed to stay where I wanted it. It would feel okay for maybe a little while, then be off again. Frustrating overall

I’ve been in a good mood about this one, it works consistently and I haven’t run into any major issues so far.

I was able to find what I needed, so the site does its job actually. A few pages took a bit longer to load, and the menu felt kind of messy on my phone, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Not terrible overall.

I waited more than two weeks for my order to show up and there wasn’t really any clear updates during that time. It was frustrating, not gonna lie

I used it on tomatoes and peppers. Mostly fine. It got the job done, but a few pieces came out bigger than I expected. Kind of annoying. Cleanup wasn’t terrible, but it did take a little longer than I wanted. So yeah, not bad overall. Just not something I’d call amazing

I only used this a handful of times before it cracked, which was really disappointing. I wasn’t rough with it or anything, so I expected it to hold up better. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money.
